Jane has worked in consumer PR for over 25 years and is an expert in brand positioning, management and creating powerful campaigns for a wide range of consumer clients.
Jane established Talk PR in 2001 backed by M&C Saatchi. Talk PR now has a fee income of £4million, 50 staff and clients including Procter & Gamble, the British Fashion Council, American Express, adidas and The Macallan.
Jane has specific expertise within the fashion/luxury sector, where she has established strong connections with influencers, media and experts. She advises P&G Beauty, P&G Grooming and P&G Prestige on influencer management and is strategic advisor to the British Fashion Council. She is a trustee of the BFC Bazaar Fashion Arts Foundation, a charity which she helped the British Fashion Council to set-up that aims to nurture collaborations and foster relationships between fashion, film, music and art talent.
Jane was instrumental in developing the practical framework for what became the Golden Age of Couture Gala Ball at the V&A. She has been, and continues to be, personally involved in initiatives that combine the talents of the creative arts and industries; events such as The British Fashion Awards, Fashion Rocks, The P&G Beauty & Grooming Awards and the American Express Black party. She has also served as a judge for British Society of Magazine Editors Awards.
On a more personal but equally committed level, Jane is also passionately involved in Dance Umbrella (trustee, main board member and chair of the development board) and the London College of Fashion (external examiner and advisor to the MBA in Fashion). She was also a member of the British Creative Exchange, an initiative aimed at driving collaboration in the creative industries and is a member of Arts Co networking group.
